ROCHESTER — JNHG (Jobs for New Hampshire's Graduates) students helped the Timberland company clean up Hanson Pines recently. We were glad to help pick up trash, plant trees and repaint things. As a JNHG member, I was excited to help out and we all had fun. Timberland was very generous in supplying trash bags, shovels and rakes. We hope that the city of Rochester will enjoy the new look of the Pines.

JNHG is an in-school program that serves high school students from grades 9 through 12. The program focuses on issues such as citizenship, improving academic performance and maintaining a connection to school, home and community. Additionally, the program focuses on developing job skills, post-secondary opportunities, job attainment and basic workplace competencies.
